Discovery & Strategy
The existing platform had become increasingly difficult for internal teams and clients to use, with scattered workflows and a lack of clarity slowing down day-to-day operations. Tasks such as claims processing, onboarding, document handling, and communication required multiple steps across disconnected screens, making the experience time-consuming and prone to confusion.
To understand the root causes, we reviewed the legacy system end-to-end and conducted conversations with real users to map pain points and process gaps. These findings shaped a strategy focused on restructuring navigation, simplifying task flows, and improving visibility across every stage of the insurance workflow, ensuring the redesign was driven by real operational needs rather than assumptions.

The redesign process focused on rebuilding the experience with clarity, usability, and efficiency at its core. User flows were re-engineered, dashboards were reorganized around primary actions, and a clean visual design system was introduced to support consistency and reduce cognitive load. High-fidelity prototypes and documentation were created to ensure smooth collaboration and development alignment throughout the build process.
The redesigned platform delivered a faster, more intuitive working environment, allowing users to complete tasks with fewer steps and greater confidence. It improved visibility across claims and onboarding progress, strengthened internal collaboration, and reduced errors caused by manual work and unclear interfaces ultimately helping the platform operate more efficiently and scale more effectively with business growth.
