RelayHub began with the challenge of improving how teams communicate, store knowledge, and collaborate across projects without relying on scattered tools and disconnected workflows. Businesses needed a unified workspace where employees could chat, share documents, access company-specific knowledge, and work with AI in a secure, role-based environment.
Through discussions with stakeholders, we learned that the existing communication tools lacked structure, intelligence, and central knowledge management forcing teams to move between multiple apps for file sharing, project discussions, training, and research. These insights shaped a strategy centered on consolidating communication and AI-powered knowledge into one platform, ensuring a streamlined experience visible and usable across an entire organization.

The platform was designed around an AI-integrated workspace where users can chat with an intelligent assistant capable of understanding company-specific information or switching to full LLM capabilities when needed. The system supports file uploads, cloud storage integration, secure role-based access, collaborative projects, and AI agents for specialized task automation all accessible through a clean, web-based interface familiar to everyday users.
