The discovery phase showed that Priority Roofing was running its entire operation through scattered Excel sheets. These sheets covered everything from job assignments and task tracking to material orders and large inventory records. This created significant challenges in visibility, accuracy, and communication among field teams and back-office staff. Manual data entry caused delays, duplicated work, and made it hard to understand real-time job progress. As a result, it slowed decision-making and daily operations.
With these findings, the strategy focused on creating a customized CRM suite tailored to their workflow. The solution emphasized job and office management, inventory and material ordering, task tracking, work progress monitoring, and integrated mapping to manage crews effectively. To support their financial system, the platform also included seamless QuickBooks integration. This feature allowed smooth handling of estimates, invoices, and payment tracking without disrupting existing processes. This approach established a scalable foundation that streamlined operations and helped the company work faster and more efficiently.

It allowed quick access to job details, scheduling, crew allocation, inventory tracking, material ordering, and live progress updates. This was all supported by integrated mapping and easy QuickBooks connectivity. A complete design system and a developer-ready handoff ensured smooth implementation and long-term growth.
